Streamlined Pre-Event Planning
To guarantee a seamless experience, every host receives a private pARTy link to distribute to guests.
  • Custom Digital Selection: Participants browse and select their preferred project design, stain, and paint colors online before your registration deadline.
  • Flawless Event Preparation: Our team builds, packs, and organizes each individualized project kit ahead of time, ensuring everything arrives at your location fully prepared and ready for creation.
Flexible Private Party Options
Select the execution style that best aligns with your group's preferences and dynamic:
  • DIY Party
    • Guest Capacity: No minimum requirement and no maximum limit.
    • Event Pace: Participants create entirely at their own speed using provided, comprehensive written instructions.
    • Instructor Access: Enjoy independent creation, or add an optional on-site instructor for a flat $50 fee.
  • Instructor-Led Party
    • Guest Capacity: 10-guest minimum with no maximum limit.
    • Expert Guidance: The dedicated instructor fee is fully waived, providing your group with hands-on, step-by-step guidance throughout the entire event.
    • Project Timeline: All premium materials are included, with an average project completion time of 2.5 hours.
Event Payment Options
Choose the billing configuration that fits your group's budget guidelines:
  • Host-Paid Event: The host covers the full cost of all guest projects. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date, which is fully applied toward your final balance.
  • Guest-Paid Event: Participants register and submit individual payments online for their respective projects. No deposit is required, provided guests register prior to the event deadline.
  • Note: Travel/delivery fees may apply based on your location. Both billing options are compatible with DIY and Instructor-Led structures.

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. Please note all orders are nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop we will make every attempt to fit you into another workshop. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.
