MyIntent is a mindfulness initiative that helps you choose a single “word” to guide your daily focus, then wear it as a physical reminder.
What is MyIntent?
MyIntent encourages you to pick a word of intention — a daily reminder representing a quality or principle you want to embody. This word can evolve over time, reflecting your current goals, values, or mindset
How to Find Your Word
The Word Finder process is simple and empowering
Start with a question — Choose one or two prompts, such as:
What’s a goal of yours?
What brings you joy?
What do you want to let go of?
What do you want to improve?
What energizes you?
Develop your word — Think about what WORD would help you achieve or feel better about your answers. Examples: BELIEVE, COURAGE, BREATHE, STRENGTH, FAITH.
Identify your priority — Pick the one word that’s most important for this chapter of your life, and declare it aloud: “My WORD is ______!”
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. Please note all orders are nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop we will make every attempt to fit you into another workshop.
